Preparation method Brewer's yeast is a by-product produced during the brewing and fermentation process of beer. When brewing beer, the wheat juice, the raw material for brewing, is first quenched, and then added with yeast and hops and other additives for low-temperature fermentation. After fermentation, The yeast will retire, become dead bacteria, and settle in the beer tank.
